Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be pleased with your Chatterbox Candle purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase. Simply follow the guidelines below.
Note, Chatterbox Candles does not cover return shipping costs or services.
The item must be in like-new condition, unless defective when sold. "Like-new" means unopened, undamaged, unused, and salable.
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival to report if any significant damage happened in transit. Chatterbox Candles reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Certain items designated as ‘sale’ or discontinued are not returnable.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all of our customers, we may restrict or refuse future transactions at Chatterbox.com for individuals identified as having an unreasonable return pattern.
Sales to individuals who place personalized orders, corporate orders, resellers, and bulk purchasers are final. No exchange or return exceptions will be granted.
1.Email support@chatterboxcandles.com to inform us of your return or exchange request.
2.PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your printed invoice.
- Affix your shipping label to the package
3. SHIP IT
When your package is ready, you can ship it via USPS.
4. TRACK IT
Please allow 10-14 business days for the processing of your return by mail.
Refunds will be processed after the receipt of the returned item in the form of original payment. Refunds can take up to one week to be credited back to your account depending on your financial institution.
